Our founder Nancy E. Matthews started Chocolat de Nannette in 1984. Before she turned out here first orders of premium hand~made chocolates a decision was made to adhere to a single precept "Our chocolates will be made of finest, freshest ingredients prepared by hand" that philosophy continues to this day.


While maintaining our core principles, we are constantly pushing the "Flavor Barrier" finding new flavors and texture combination to delight the palate. Please enjoy our chocolate fantasia and be sure to share with your friends (or not).
